Travel: On occasion travel and overnight stays are required. In such a case Pride pays for the travel time, costs of travel, motel rooms and provides a perdiem for meals and incidental expenses of the employee. If travel is required, you are provided with vehicles to get to and from your destination. If you choose to take your own vehicle Pride will not pay for the mileage as this was your choice. If we ask you to bring your own vehicle we will pay the Federal Standard mileage reimbursment.
Reviews: Job performance reviews usually take place within thirty days of hiring and periodically thereafter. New employees are on probation and can be terminated at any time for any reason within that time period.
Pay Periods: Pay periods begin at 12:01 am on Sunday and end midnight on Saturday two weeks later. Pay checks will be available after 3:00pm on the Friday following the end of the pay period.
Benefits: Vacation pay is offored after two years of employment, an employee will recieve one week of paid vacation and after four years, two weeks of paid vacation.
Employees are covered under Workmans' Compensation Insurance for employment related injuries. We do offer AFLAC to all employees. The AFLAC benefits you choose are deducted from your paychecks. AFLAC is a suplimental insurance which does not pay the doctors but pays the employee.
